Les mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019isolation utilis\u00e9s dans le montage du mur impactent \u2013 comme pour d\u2019autres blocs de construction &#8211; fortement cette valeur. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8513bcc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8513bcc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour cette raison nous nous concentrons sur les param\u00e8tres PEB cruciaux et les points forts du bloc de construction ClimaSono : les prestations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques (Ew, Es et K) d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et l\u2019inertie thermique de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. Un mur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ClimaSono r\u00e9pond amplement aux exigences PEB prescrites pour K, Ew et Es, tout en pr\u00e9sentant une consommation de chauffage comparable aux murs mont\u00e9s en blocs usuels. (p.e. b\u00e9ton cellulaire, bloc de terre cuite \u2026).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f957e73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f957e73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Variations de temperature<\/strong><\/p><p>A la conception d\u2019un b\u00e2timent, de nombreux param\u00e8tres jouent un r\u00f4le crucial. Non seulement les exigences esth\u00e9tiques et pratiques, mais aussi l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et les pertes de chaleur sont des aspects tr\u00e8s importants \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer. Une solution traditionnelle est un mur creux isol\u00e9, mais il n\u2019est pas toujours \u00e9vident de minimiser les variations de temp\u00e9rature. Un mur en blocs ClimaSono apporte la r\u00e9ponse ad\u00e9quate.<\/p><p>Pour le r\u00e9sidentiel, l\u2019indicateur de surchauffe constitue un crit\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant. Il est \u00e9tabli sur base des gains de chaleur normalis\u00e9s exc\u00e9dentaires.
